?Cloud9 are 7-2 and in a perfect spot to secure the LCS 2023 Summer regular-season title, whereas Dignitas are 5-4, and even that record is a bit too generous for what Dignitas have shown. So it makes sense that C9 are priced as the favourites.
Dignitas’ performance metrics rank them somewhere in the middle of the table, and the eye test proves that mid-table is where Dignitas belong. This is still a decent team that’ll do well against bottom squads but won’t compete for the LCS crown, nor should they be expected to do well in games against the top dogs.
The best LoL betting sites have set the kill line for this match at 8.5, which is a bit high – even for this match. Cloud9 should win, but to cover the kill handicap, they’ll need to crush Dignitas.
Dignitas +8.5 kills

?NRG Esports are 3-6 ahead of the fourth week of LCS 2023 Summer and on a two-game losing streak with defeats against Dignitas and FlyQuest. Losing against FlyQuest isn’t too concerning, but NRG looked completely lost against Dignitas, which isn’t a good sign.
TSM share the same 33% win rate, but they’re on a four-game losing streak with defeats against 100 Thieves, Dignitas, Evil Geniuses, and Golden Guardians. Yet, even in those losses, TSM have shown some good qualities.
TSM’s biggest weakness is their lacklustre early game, because of which they consistently have to fight from behind. But in games where they go at least even, TSM do more than fine with solid decision-making and efficient use of gold leads.
Since NRG aren’t the best early-game team, this is stylistically a good match for TSM, and it’s hard to explain why they’re priced as underdogs. Their four-game losing streak is a factor, but NRG Esports haven’t shown much more in their last four outings.
