GEN.G MOBIL1 RACING vs PWR RLCS BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |

?Gen.G Mobil1 Racing are the outright favourites ($4.50) to win the RLCS Fall Split Major, and rightly so. Gen.G are in excellent form and have impressed with two runner-up finishes in NA Regional 1 Fall Open and Fall Cup, adding their first tournament title a month ago when they won NA Regional 3 Fall Invitational.

Their next opponents, PWR, travel to Rotterdam as the weakest team in the field, priced at $34.00 on the outright market, which seems a bit too high. The Australian squad has shown great form in October-November, winning the regional Fall Cup and Fall Invitational by crushing Pioneers in the finals 4-1 and 4-0, respectively.
But even though PWR might be stronger than what the RLCS outright betting odds suggest, Gen.G are way too good for us to believe the Aussies can cause an upset or come even close to it. A 3-0 sweep for Gen.G Mobil1 Racing seems like the most likely outcome.
OXYGEN ESPORTS vs G2 ESPORTS RLCS BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |

?Oxygen Esports are 0-4 in the head-to-head against G2 Esports since their first clash in March 2021, so it makes sense that they’re underdogs for this match. But there’s also Oxygen’s lack of success over the last two months.
Oxygen Esports kicked off the 2022/23 season by winning RLCS 2022-23 – Fall: EU Regional 1 – Fall Open; however, since then, we haven’t seen much from them. A 9th-11th finish in the Fall Cup, followed by a fifth-eighth place in the Fall Invitational, is all Oxygen have produced, and it doesn’t look too good.
G2 Esports, on the other side, made the finals of the RLCS 2021/22 World Championship and have since added two semifinal runs at Fall Open and Fall Invitational, where they got eliminated by respective champions in FaZe Clan and Gen.G Mobil1 Racing. Regardless of their unsuccessful attempts to win a trophy this season G2 Esports are a team to watch and undeniably the favourites to win on Thursday.
THE CLUB vs PIONEERS RLCS BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |

Best Odds: | Club $1.57 at GG Bet | Pioneers $2.34 at GG Bet |

?As the outright odds suggest, there isn’t much to separate The Club ($19.00) and Pioneers ($21.00). The RLCS betting odds for this match indicate that this is The Club’s game to lose, which sounds fair, but we see an upset potential in this affair.
The Club are by far the most dominant team from the South American region, while the Pioneers are the second-strongest team hailing from Oceania. But since the two regions are relatively equal in strength, that doesn’t mean much. Still, it’s worth considering that the Pioneers are very experienced on LAN, which could give them the edge.
This match can easily go either way, and even though The Club look stronger on paper, they might be a bit overrated due to their domestic success. At $2.34 with GG Bet, Pioneers are an easy choice.
FAZE CLAN vs MOIST ESPORTS RLCS BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |

?FaZe Clan have been very up-and-down since the start of the season and have consistently done well in one tournament, only to disappoint in the next. FaZe won rle.gg Roster Royale in September, but then added a sixth-eighth place finish at Fall Open: Top 16 Qualifier, won the Fall Open and crashed out of the Fall Cup in the quarters.
But most of that had to do with FaZe always having to face Gen.G Mobil1 Racing, so it’s not fair to criticise them too much. This is a strong team that might be weaker than Gen.G, but are not to be ignored, especially on LAN.
Moist Esports belong in the bracket of one of Europe’s top teams, but they’re not quite the best. Since their quarter-final run at the World Championship, Moist have made two semifinals at Fall Open and Fall Cup but stumbled last month with a 9th-11th finish at Fall Invitational.
Moist are still a very good team, capable of causing some damage in the Netherlands, but their recent form suggests that they will struggle against FaZe.
GROUND ZERO GAMING vs TEAM ENVY RLCS BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |
|
---|---|
RLCS Betting Odds: | GZ $2.16 at GG Bet | Envy $1.65 at GG Bet |
When: | December 8, 2021 at 17:00 CET |
Watch Live: | Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/rocketleague) |
?Team Envy are priced at $1.65 to defeat Ground Zero Gaming, and while those odds aren’t high, they are still too big. Team Envy are North America’s fourth seed, which may not seem too inspiring, but we must emphasise their recent showings.
In October, at the second Regional Fall Event, Team Envy made it to the semi-finals but lost against the eventual champions, The General NRG (3-4). In the third regional competition, Envy won against NRG in the semis (4-1) but lost the finals against G2 Esports (3-4, 4-3, 3-4). So while Envy haven’t won a single regional tournament, they were beaten only by two of the strongest teams in the world.
Ground Zero Gaming won the RLCS Season X Oceanic Championship in June and have since collected two silver medals and a gold medal from the three 2021/22 season OCE regional events. Although solid results, we expect the quality gap between the regions to show on Wednesday.
Ground Zero have the tools to put up a fight, but it’s doubtful that we will see an upset.
DIGNITAS vs TOKYO VERDY ESPORTS RLCS BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |
|
---|---|
RLCS Betting Odds: | Dignitas $1.22 at GG Bet | TVE $3.99 at GG Bet |
When: | December 8, 2021 at 17:00 CET |
Watch Live: | Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/rocketleague) |
?Dignitas enter this tournament as Europe’s second seed, proving that this is a very talented squad. Even though Dignitas had an underwhelming showing in November at the third regional event, where they crashed out of the quarter-finals, they still deserve to be viewed as a dark horse to go all the way.
Unfortunately, we can’t say the same for Tokyo Verdy Esports, the weakest team at the Fall Major – as indicated by the outright betting markets, where they are paying $37.00 for the title. Even though Verdy haven’t lost a single tournament since June 2021, they have yet to attend an international event.
Dignitas shouldn’t be losing matches like this, and we don’t see how they can drop more than one game.
FAZE CLAN vs VITALITY RLCS BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |
|
---|---|
RLCS Betting Odds: | FaZe $1.55 at GG Bet | Vitality $2.35 at GG Bet |
When: | December 8, 2021 at 20:00 CET |
Watch Live: | Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/rocketleague) |
?Jason “Firstkiller” Corral and Braxton “Allushin” Lagarec will make their RLCS LAN debut on Wednesday when FaZe Clan take on Team Vitality. FaZe enter the tournament as North America’s third seed, while Team Vitality are Europe’s fifth seed, so based on the teams’ ratings, it’s fair to assume FaZe’s chances of winning are greater.
You could also say that FaZe’s roster is more talented than Vitality’s, but there is one thing the Rocket League betting sites seem to have forgotten: experience. We don’t know for sure how Firstkiller and Allushin will respond to the pressure of playing on LAN, but we can assume they will need some time to get comfortable.
If FaZe Clan manage a strong start, they should be fine, but we wouldn’t bet on them until we see them in action, especially not at the offered RLCS betting odds. A smaller position on over 4.5 maps is a solid pick, but we like Vitality on the moneyline better.
