Another big week of pro gaming kicks off on July 22, 2024, with the Overwatch 2 taking the spotlight at the Esports World Cup.

The Esports World Cup Overwatch 2 event will begin on July 24, with 16 of the world’s best teams competing in the five-day tournament that will carry a massive US$1,000,000 prize pool in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Meanwhile, the PUBG Mobile World Cup will continue, with the second week of the 10-day tournament being held at the Esports World Cup.

Esports World Cup Overwatch 2

The Esports World Cup Overwatch 2 tournament will run from July 24 through July 28, with a US$1 million prize pool up for grabs for the world’s best teams.

After the restructure of the professional Overwatch scene, the EWC event will boast the biggest prize pool of season.

PUBG Mobile World Cup

Following the opening three days of the PUBG Mobile World Cup, where the group stage took place from July 19–21, the tournament will continue this week.

Beginning on Tuesday, July 23, the survival stage will be held across two days, with the final four teams seeking to secure their spot in the main tournament.

Another big week of pro gaming kicks off on July 15, 2024, with the Counter-Strike 2 taking centre stage at the Esports World Cup.

Top-tier Counter-Strike will return on July 17, when the Esports World Cup CS2 tournament kicks off in Saudi Arabia, with 15 of the world’s best teams taking their place in the four-day event.

Also, the PUBG Mobile World Cup will kick off on July 19, where the top 28 PUBG Mobile teams will compete in a 10-day tournament.

Meanwhile, the Dota 2 Riyadh Masters will conclude this week, with the playoffs starting on July 16 and running through July 21.

Esports World Cup CS2

After a month-long player break, the top Counter-Strike 2 teams will congregate in Riyadh for the US$1 million event.

Eight of the top 10 ranked teams in the ESL world rankings will feature at the four-day tournament, with the likes of Team Spirit, Team Vitality and FaZe Clan expected to do well.
